Yoga
Yoga is a great way to explore your mind and body – both physically and mentally. By performing yoga postures, one can decrease stress, improve flexibility, relieve tension (physical and mental), and improve overall strength.
Hatha yoga is a basic form of yoga from which most other styles of yoga derive. Each posture performed will result in benefits to the body and mind; for example, a simple twist will assist in digestive matters, rejuvenate the spine, and tone the oblique muscles.
Yoga can also assist in relieving joint pain, create balance, increase circulation, assist in better breathing, and stimulate the endocrine system.
